Powder Coater

Job OverviewAt Laser Precision, we're seeking a detail-oriented and physically capable individual to join our Powder Coat Department as a General Laborer. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our powder coating line, from loading and unloading parts to packaging and preparing them for shipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts on and off the powder coating line
• Mask and plug holes and threads on parts
• Prep parts on the powder line prior to coating
• Package parts to customer order prior to shipment or inventory
• Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and productivity

Requirements

• Ability to read and write English
• Ability to lift 30 lbs. at a time
• Ability to stand for duration of work shift
• Ability to reach, turn, twist, and walk

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-6 months working in a warehouse environment
• Experience working on a computer
• Punctuality and dependability
