About the Opportunity

The Division of Renal-Electrolyte and Hypertension in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Assistant Professor positions in the non-tenure academic clinician track.

Responsibilities

  • Teaching responsibilities may include instructing Penn medical students, residents, advanced practice practitioners, and nephrology fellows.
  • Clinical responsibilities may include caring for kidney patients in the inpatient and outpatient setting.

Requirements

  • Applicants must have an M.D. degree.
  • Applicants should be ABIM certified or board eligible in Nephrology.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with expertise or interest in either home dialysis, complex hypertension, or practice employing a value-based care model.
