Automotive Payroll Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Payroll Specialist to join our team at Herb Chambers BMW of Boston.

This is a salaried position with an estimated annual salary range of $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and excellent attention to detail, with prior payroll experience in the automotive industry.

• Process payroll for dealership employees, including verifying timecard entry and testing payroll output.
• Run payroll reports to ensure accuracy and make adjustments as needed.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Prior payroll experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in payroll software.
