Job Summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the Program Management Office (PMO) for Worldwide Amazon Business Operations. The PMO's mission is to drive business growth by streamlining processes, reducing risk, and enhancing business rhythm through continuous learning and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the PMO's mission and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, leveraging data and metrics to drive results.
  • Manage the organization's annual calendar, planning major reviews and milestones in advance.
  • Coordinate annual planning, facilitate All Hands, and conduct weekly and quarterly business reviews.
  • Define program objectives, analyze data, and drive improvements with quantifiable metrics.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or related technical or quantitative field.
  • Intermediate-level Excel skills, including pivot tables, charts, and data cleansing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
  • Master's degree.
