Job Summary

We're seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll work closely with our Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality occupational therapy services to pediatric patients. Your expertise and compassion will make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  1. Implement treatment plans and assist with evaluations to ensure effective therapy interventions.
  2. Collaborate with the Occupational Therapist and multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized therapy services that align with each patient's goals.
  3. Engage with families and caregivers, providing guidance and support while ensuring effective communication about therapy objectives.
  4. Contribute to our culture of excellence by demonstrating flexibility, empathy, and enthusiasm in all interactions.
  5. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay current with best practices in occupational therapy.
Qualifications

We're looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with current COTA certification and experience in pediatric occupational therapy. New graduates who are passionate about helping children and eager to learn in a supportive environment are also encouraged to apply.
