As a Certified Nursing Assistant - Nursing Assistant Registered (Float), you will be at the forefront of resident care, ensuring that individuals are treated with the utmost dignity and respect, while also supporting their personal choices.

Key Responsibilities


The CNA-NAR (Float) is responsible for delivering direct care to residents and promptly reporting any changes in their condition to the Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Additionally, you will be tasked with documenting care in the Plan of Care (POC) system.

The CNA-NAR (Float) must exhibit strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

This role requires travel to provide care within designated regions as necessary.


Qualifications


To be considered for this position, candidates must:

  • Be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or relevant authority
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Be proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English
