Cocktail Server

Embassy Suites Lubbock is seeking a skilled Cocktail Server to join our team. This role offers a salary range of $38,000 - $48,000 per year and requires prior experience in the food service industry.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work well under pressure. As a Cocktail Server, you will be responsible for serving a range of cocktails, beer, and wine, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Position:

• Purchase needed bar supplies, stock and track all wine, liquor, and beer stocks, and have a full supply of glassware on hand
• Restock and clean as instructed, including side work for opening and closing of the restaurant
• Collect payments, settle patron checks, and ensure tabs are paid, as well as record daily sales totals in the point of sale system
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, verify customers' identification age, and provide drinks in compliance with federal, state, municipal, and corporate rules and regulations

Responsibilities:

• Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers
• Prior food service industry experience is highly desired
• Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills
• Must have a strong focus on putting the patron first with exceptional customer service experience
• Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED)
