Soliant School District is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist to provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific needs
- Provide therapy in individual and group settings to promote effective communication
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure seamless support
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress
- Attend meetings and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders
- Tennessee State SLP License
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Prior school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
