Sleep Lab Technologist

Williamson Health is seeking a skilled Sleep Lab Technologist to join our team. As a Polysomnographic Technologist, you will be responsible for performing polysomnographic testing and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare patients for testing and provide emotional support
- Perform procedures according to Williamson Health and Departmental Standards
- Document actions taken and patient's response
- Provide patients with discharge instructions
- Prepare completed tests for interpretation
- Maintain exam rooms and equipment
- Notify Clinical Coordinators of supply needs and equipment repairs
- Attend in-services and educational programs
- Assist with the orientation and training of new personnel
- Communicate outcomes and opportunities for improvement
- Earned a Polysomnographic Technologist diploma or degree from a college or university
- RPSGT or at least one year of Registered Polysomnographic Technologist experience
- TN State License Polysomnographic Technologist
- BLS
The Sleep Lab Technologist will work in a fast-paced sleep center environment, requiring the ability to sit, stand, and walk for up to ten hours a day.
