Position Summary

We are currently looking for safety-conscious individuals to fill the role of Napkin Folding Operator at our facility. This position is essential for operating machinery designed to fold and package solid color napkins. Attention to quality is crucial, and operators must make necessary adjustments to ensure that the final product meets customer satisfaction standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commence the napkin creation process using the folding machine.
  • Initiate the packaging process for the finished product.
  • Ensure quality by making necessary adjustments for optimal packaging.
  • Load napkin stock onto the machine.
  • Install rolls of napkin poly onto the equipment.
  • Generate accurate labeling information.
  • Set up the roll of labels and adjust as needed.
  • Support packers assigned to the machine in various tasks.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to comprehend basic written and verbal instructions.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Reading proficiency.
  • Effective communication with management and colleagues to achieve departmental objectives.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience required.
  • Capability to lift up to 25 pounds.
