Leasing Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Consultant to join our Property Management Company team. As a key member of our property management staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents, future residents, vendors, and colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-6 months of previous property management experience or related industry experience and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. A self-starter with a proactive approach to accomplishing daily responsibilities is essential for this role.

• Touring, accepting, and processing applications, phones, and call backs.
• Providing excellent customer service to residents, future residents, vendors, and colleagues.
• Completing tenant move-ins and move-outs in compliance with all company procedures.
• Receiving rental payments, move-in/move-out paperwork, rent charges.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the Community Manager, such as eviction notices or other notices.

• At least 3-6 months of previous property management experience or related industry experience.
• A self-starter with a proactive approach to accomplishing daily responsibilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

$40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
