This full-time position involves working a 5-day work week, including weekends and evenings.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a restaurant cook or equivalent culinary experience
- Passion and knowledge of Italian cuisine
- Extensive food knowledge
- Professional experience cooking from scratch using locally sourced, high-quality ingredients
- Previous experience in a fine-dining restaurant is preferred
Estimated Annual Salary: Approximately $35,440 based on 40 hours/week at $17.00/hour
