Responsibilities of a Clinical Nurse:
- Adhere to a specified care plan tailored to the patient's needs.
- Conduct home visits to clients within assigned geographic areas.
- Execute assigned tasks, including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
- Monitor clients' health status and report any changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
- Follow through with, implement, and accurately document physicians' orders.
- Perform client assessments as required.
- Engage in case management and coordination.
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations related to client care management and services provided, utilizing advanced technology.
Qualifications for a Clinical Nurse:
- Graduation from an accredited and recognized nursing program.
- A valid license as a Clinical Nurse in the relevant state.
