Position Objective:
The Security Operations Supervisor holds a prominent role and is responsible for the effective management of the Security Operations Center (SecOps).
This position oversees daily operations within the Global Security Operations Center and provides guidance and support to the SecOps team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Direct the functions and processes of the SecOps team, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
2. Develop and define security standards and operational playbooks.
3. Lead threat modeling initiatives across Cloud, Infrastructure, Data Analytics, and Operational Technology teams.
4. Create and maintain a comprehensive security service catalog.
5. Analyze vulnerabilities and convert them into actionable remediation strategies.
6. Collaborate with the 24/7 operations of Managed SecOps to optimize the identification and resolution of security incidents, enhancing overall client security.
7. Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and drive process improvements to meet operational goals.8. Manage the documentation and investigation of security incidents reported to SecOps.
9. Provide senior management with a clear overview of risks and threats present in the enterprise environment.
10. Develop and maintain an incident response management program, encompassing detection, analysis, containment, eradication, recovery, and preservation of forensic evidence for further investigations.
11. Engage directly with clients to ensure effective resolution management and satisfaction.12. Generate reports, dashboards, and metrics for SecOps operations and present findings to management.
13. Oversee the process improvement initiatives for SecOps.
14. Conduct regular training sessions to keep staff updated on the latest threats and incident response methodologies.
15. Provide leadership and direction to SecOps personnel, establishing performance goals and priorities.16. Conduct performance evaluations for SecOps team members.
