School Social Worker Needed in Mount Prospect, IL

Procare Therapy is seeking a skilled School Social Worker to join our team in Mount Prospect, IL. As a School Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing assessments, direct services, and collaborating with IEP teams to support students and families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide social work services to students and families in a school setting
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to address student needs
  • Collaborate with IEP teams to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Provide direct services to students, including counseling and therapy
  • Support students and families in crisis situations
Requirements
  • Masters degree in social work
  • License to practice as a social worker in IL
  • Background check
  • Professional Education License (PEL)

  • Full-time position with 35 hours per week
  • On-site position preferred, Monday-Friday
