Role Responsibilities
  • Conduct practice sessions that emphasize skill development, fundamentals, and enjoyment.
  • Prepare and organize baseball fields for activities.

  • Effectively communicate game day details to players and their families.
  • Maintain a positive demeanor and deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience and knowledge in coaching specific sports.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some evenings.
  • Must successfully pass a National Criminal Background Check.
