Grounds and Repair Technician Role

Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and maintaining equipment and supplies
- Conduct repairs on homes owned by the community, using established procedures and techniques
- Develop and maintain good relationships with residents, responding promptly to their needs and concerns
- Ensure community grounds are properly maintained, using various methods such as planting flowers and shrubs, and spreading mulch
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience, preferred
- High School Diploma or GED, preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid operator's license and good driving record
- Ability to efficiently perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision
