Critical Care Travel Nurse

Della Infotech, Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Critical Care Travel Nurse in a CVICU setting.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a highly specialized unit that requires strong travelers due to unseasoned staff. If you have experience working in cardiac surgery and possess the required skills, we encourage you to apply.
About the Job:
We offer a competitive estimated salary of $120,000 per year, taking into account the 36 or 48 hour option for this traveler position. Please indicate your preferred option in your submittal.
This AYA offer unit requires a minimum of 2 years of experience and travel experience to pass clinical review and receive an auto-offer. Compact licenses are accepted, but please indicate your WA license status on your profile: Active, in Process, or no license.
If you have previously worked for any Providence-affiliated facility, you must be separated from the health system for a minimum of 3 months to qualify for this travel position. All Swedish facilities honor active compact licenses.
Job Requirements:
- CVICU experience is required; first-time travelers are welcome to apply.
- You can submit with a pending WA license.
- Free Lyft rides are provided to travelers in the event they need to float.
Patient Diagnoses:
We care for patients with cardiovascular disease, pre/post Cath Lab and IR procedures, and fresh open heart surgery cases.
Special Procedures:
- CABG, OHS, AAA, Valvular Repairs IABP, Impella, VAD's, Pacemakers, Epicardial Pacer Management CRRT/Dialysis Hemodynamic Monitoring Breathing Treatments, Chest Tube Set-up/Care, CPAP/BiPap, Trach Care, Vents High Frequency Vents, Procedure Sedation RSI - Rapid Sequence Intubation Drugs Blood/BloodProducts Administration Cardioversion / Defibrillation, Colling/Warming Obtain 12 Lead EKG
Special Equipment:
- Heath removal Vasopressors Balloon - Maquet Datascope preferred CVVH/Prismaflex - CRRT preferred ECMO not required for Travelers IMPELLA - without CVICU experience and open heart experience, as well a device or two (i.e. IABP, PrismFlex, Impella, ECMO, LVAD).
Certifications:
- ACLS, BCLS, & CRRT Prismaflex all required
Staffing Ratio: 1:1-2
