Position Overview: Eastern Washington University is in search of skilled Culinary Operations Leaders to join our vibrant dining services team on the Cheney campus. Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation and Service: Oversee and engage in the preparation and presentation of meals, ensuring high standards of quality and sanitation.
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor student employees and other culinary staff in the efficient operation of food service locations.
- Sanitation and Compliance: Ensure all food service areas and equipment are maintained in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of work schedules, inventory, and production processes.
- Customer Transactions: Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring accurate accounting of receipts.
Qualifications:
- Valid Washington State Driver's License.
