We are seeking a skilled and passionate Master Barber to join our team at Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Newbury Park. As a Master Barber, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, fostering a positive atmosphere, and embracing our unique wow factors such as hot lather neck shaves and shoulder massages.

Compensation: Our Barbers in this market are currently making an average of $21.00-70.25/hour, with opportunities for career advancement and bonus paid twice a year based on sales performance.

Responsibilities:
- Foster a positive and energetic atmosphere within the shop

- Be a champion of inclusivity ensuring every client feels welcomed and valued
- Engage in ongoing free education keeping your craft sharp and on point
Qualifications:
- Must have an active Cosmetologist / Barber / Hair Design License in the state performing services
- Possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Pride in work results and reliability
- Ability to stand for sustained periods of time
- Ability to lift push pull up to 25lbs
