We are seeking a compassionate and patient Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Woodburn, OR.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to work directly with students, supporting them in achieving behavioral goals and enhancing their learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
- Provide direct 1:1 or small group support to students
- Collect data on student behavior and progress
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure continuity of care and behavior management
- Utilize ABA strategies to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors
