Behavior Therapist for Woodburn, OR

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Woodburn, OR.

This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with students, supporting them in achieving behavioral goals and enhancing their learning experiences.

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
• Provide direct 1:1 or small group support to students
• Collect data on student behavior and progress
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure continuity of care and behavior management
• Utilize ABA strategies to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors

• RBT certification (required)
• Previous experience working with children in a school or clinical setting (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and follow supervision from a BCBA
