Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Shop Laborer to join our team at Thomas Industrial Coatings. As a Shop Laborer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient preparation, loading, and delivery of materials to our projects. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and load materials for delivery to projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and organized work environment, adhering to company safety protocols and procedures.
  • Operate equipment such as telehandlers and forklifts, as needed.
  • Conduct daily inspections of work areas and operations to identify and correct any unsafe practices or conditions.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or industrial setting preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate equipment safely.
