Outpatient Rehabilitation Center Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Center Manager Physical Therapist (PT) to oversee our outpatient rehabilitation services. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding patients through their recovery journeys, enhancing mobility, alleviating pain, and preventing long-term physical disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations and ensure adherence to Human Resource policies; collaborate with Human Resources as necessary.
- Assist in formulating the financial budget for the center.
- Contribute to the development and execution of a strategic plan tailored to the center, including marketing and sales strategies for patient referrals.
- Foster strong relationships with physicians and payers, coordinating the implementation of specialized clinical programs as required.
- Oversee the financial performance of the center, analyzing financial statements and performance metrics to devise strategic plans for improvement.
- Supervise Aide staff, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service and manage patient scheduling effectively.
- Guarantee that the clinical team delivers top-notch care, providing opportunities for skill development and recognizing outstanding staff contributions.
- Graduation from a physical therapy or occupational therapy program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) or a substantially equivalent education for internationally educated therapists.
- State licensure/registration as required.

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 annually
