Lead Nurse Assessment Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Lead Nurse Assessment Coordinator to join our team at Capitol City Rehabilitation and Nursing. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $70,000 per year.

You will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions, collaborating with medical professionals, and working with the MDS system to ensure optimal care. Your expertise as a registered nurse will enable you to make informed decisions and provide high-quality patient outcomes.
