Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care and customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform venipuncture and collect non-blood specimens from patients of all ages.
  • Ensure proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering.
  • Champion safety, compliance, and quality control in the laboratory.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely test results.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous phlebotomy training or experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing.
  • Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians.
