As a Facilities Operations Manager at IDC Spring, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal efficiency and safety of all equipment related to operations.

Your duties will include:

  • Repairing and maintaining buildings, grounds, production equipment, and facility systems.
  • Performing PLC programming on machines.
  • Conducting basic and intermediate electrical repairs.
  • Leading maintenance planning and scheduling.
  • Conducting preventative maintenance on equipment.
  • Processing maintenance work orders and maintaining required maintenance logs and files.
  • Controlling and maintaining an inventory of parts, supplies, tools, and tooling.
  • Assisting the production team with troubleshooting, machine setup, and training.
  • Assisting in the installation of new equipment and facility improvements.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in maintenance or a related field who can lead our operations team with expertise and enthusiasm.
