About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Box Truck Driver to join our team at United Distributors. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of products to customers in a manner that meets customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and unload products from the vehicle and verify contents against shipping invoices or inventories.
  • Operate a box truck in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all Department of Transportation standards and regulations.
  • Deliver products to assigned stops using hand trucks and ensure accurate counts and conditions of goods unloaded.
  • Monitor and rotate product in customer accounts as needed, and report customer needs and concerns to management.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, documenting all maintenance problems and defects in writing.
Requirements
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • 1-3 years of direct experience in a similar position preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
  • Ability to drive and maintain a valid driver's license, and secure and maintain auto-liability insurance in accordance with state laws.
