Job SummaryWe are seeking a Retail Associate to join our team. As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience. This includes making eye contact, smiling, and greeting all customers in a courteous and friendly manner, treating fellow associates with respect, and efficiently following all company best practice standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with merchandise.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card, and refund transactions.
- Assist with receiving and processing merchandise, including unpacking, stocking, and merchandising.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.
- Work collaboratively with other associates to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
