With over 35 years of experience servicing over 1500 stores across the US, our fully certified technicians provide our customers with support and repair solutions designed to extend the life of their equipment, reducing downtime and minimizing the impact on our customer's bottom line.
As an Electromechanical Field Service Technician, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical failures on equipment and providing effective solutions
- Performing preventative maintenance on equipment while adhering to OSHA safety regulations
- Using hand and power tools to assemble, disassemble, and repair machines
- Responding to on-site preventative maintenance service calls within contract time frames
- Communicating effectively with customers, supervisors, and coworkers
- Other duties as needed
Requirements for this role include:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of electromechanical equipment repair experience or a combination of training and experience
- Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to read and understand schematics
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent people skills and the ability to represent the Company in a positive manner
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
- Ability to stand, bend, and drive for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work at heights of more than 6 ft.
