We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Northwest Medical Center - Bentonville. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing excellent care to patients in the dialysis setting.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and document care according to established protocols and standards
- Perform various patient tests and administer medications within the scope of practice
- Teach patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills
- License to practice as an RN in the state of Arkansas
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification or acquired within 90 days of start of employment
- Requires a Current ACLS or acquired within 90 days of start of employment
