Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized age-specific professional care to patients within an assigned unit of the hospital
  • Support the philosophy, objectives, and mission of Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center and the Department of Nursing
  • Participate in patient teaching and discharge planning
  • Participate in unit Performance Improvement evaluation activities
Requirements:
  • Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing
  • Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing or currently matriculating
  • Current New Jersey RN license is required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Required (American Heart Association Only)
  • Completion of all Orientation requirements of Saint Barnabas Medical Center
