Job Summary

SRS Distribution Inc is seeking a skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team. As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering building materials to customers and job sites within a 200-mile radius of our branch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a commercial vehicle in compliance with all DOT regulations.
  • Perform pre and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.
  • Validate and confirm inventory loaded on the truck and sign-off on delivery tickets.
  • Conduct job site inspections and document any existing damage.
  • Capture pictures of delivered building products.

Requirements

  • Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License.
  • Ability to load and unload building products weighing up to 100 lbs.
  • Safe driving record with no hit & runs or DWI/DUI convictions within the last three years.
  • Prior commercial driving experience and knowledge of DOT & OSHA safety regulations.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Must pass a required drug test and possess a current DOT medical certificate.
