**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Agile Operations Manager to join our team at Maximus. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating and ensuring the effective implementation of Agile practices, fostering a collaborative and productive environment for our federal client's operations.

**About the Role**

The Agile Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in guiding teams through Agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. This includes leading daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration and continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**

Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration and continuous improvement.

Work with Cross-Functional Teams: Facilitate collaboration and communication between development, operations, and business teams to ensure alignment on project goals and seamless integration of deliverables.

Remove Impediments: Identify and resolve obstacles that may hinder the team's progress, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

Coach and Mentor: Provide guidance and support to team members on Agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with product owners, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Monitor Progress: Track and report on team performance metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability.

**Requirements**

TCS184, T4, Band 7

This contract supports systems that require 24x7x365 uptime. Candidates must be willing and able to meet recall requirements, including participation in a rotational on-call schedule.

Candidates must reside within a commutable distance and be available to work onsite at the customer's discretion. This includes being on-site during the transition period. Must be based around Annapolis Junction, MD.

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

7 + years of related experience.

Related experience supporting IT programs as a Scrum Master.

**Salary and Benefits**

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $75,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Maximus offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off.
