Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Consultant to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a Workday Consultant, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end deployments for Workday HCM, handling Workday Studio integrations, and developing solutions using Workday as a foundation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead integration design and development for Workday HCM deployments
- Develop and maintain solutions using Workday as a foundation
- Collaborate with team leads and project managers to participate in integration design and development
- Maintain and support existing integrations by resolving defects, enhancing, and applying required updates
- Work with a team of Workday configuration and integration analysts to craft technical specifications
- Analyze business requirements and produce detailed solution specifications
- Ensure the productive operations of Workday System Architecture, including all interfaces and custom reports/dashboards
- Track issues and risks, communicate status, and escalate concerns
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Workday, with at least 2 years of experience in handling Workday Studio integrations
- Expert-level experience in developing and maintaining solutions using Workday as a foundation
- 3-8 years of programming/development experience preferred
- Experience with highly complex integrations, preferably between HR, Payroll, and Finance
- Experience with JavaScript, XSLT, and XPath programming strongly preferred
