Job SummaryCarePoint Health is seeking experienced Registered Nurses with exemplary patient care skills and knowledge to join our System Float Pool. As a critical care nurse, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a broad scope of patient care within various specialty areas while working assignments at each of our hospitals.
The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the delivery of care. You will assume responsibility and accountability for delegating patient care to other members of the healthcare team and coordinate patient care, communicating and collaborating extensively with the healthcare team, patients, and their families.
Requirements- Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid NJ RN License required
- ACLS and BLS from AHA required; CCRN certification preferred
- At least 1 year Critical Care Experience required; 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred
