LPN/Charge Nurse Role at Vitality Living

We are seeking an experienced LPN/Charge Nurse to join our team at Landmark Lifestyles at Tupelo. As a vital member of our care team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional care to our residents.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administer or assist residents with medication and treatment administration.
  • Collect, store, and transport specimens for laboratory studies.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians via phone, fax, and electronic communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of physician orders, laboratory reports, and resident data.
  • Contribute to the development and revision of individualized service plans.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Wellness Director.

Requirements:

  • Be at least 21 years old.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Meet state health-related requirements.
  • Maintain current professional license and CPR certification (if applicable).
  • Comply with all state and provincial regulations.
