Key Responsibilities- Maintain production and quality standards by performing routine maintenance tasks on industrial machinery and equipment.
- Execute maintenance projects as directed by our Maintenance Management team, ensuring timely completion and minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with our Quality team to implement and improve Food Safety protocols, including instrument calibration and maintenance of product contact surfaces.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and perform repairs using hand and power tools.
- Manage inventory levels of equipment, parts, and supplies to prevent downtime and optimize resource allocation.
- Provide mechanical maintenance information and prepare reports on maintenance activities to support business decision-making.
- 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including PLC programming.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
