Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of technicians to achieve consistent productivity and efficiency levels exceeding 85%.
  • Plan and schedule workload distribution throughout the shop to minimize downtime and reduce outsourcing of repairs.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure equipment availability and foster a dynamic shop environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and safety in the shop.
  • Preferred qualifications include certifications in OSHA, TIA, OE, or other safety/mechanical disciplines.
Requirements
