Job Title: Neonatology Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatology Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Essentia Health in Fargo, ND.

Job Summary:

The Neonatology Nurse Practitioner will provide high-quality patient care to newborns and their families in our Level III NICU. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neonatology and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive patient care to newborns and their families in the NICU
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in nursing or a related field
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse in the state of North Dakota
  • Current certification as a Neonatal Practitioner (NRP)
  • Experience working in a Level III NICU
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
