As a Learning Assistant, you will work closely with teaching faculty to help organize coursework, explain biology concepts to students, and hold office hours and/or review sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist teaching faculty in organizing coursework and developing educational materials
• Explain biology concepts to students and provide individualized support
• Hold office hours and/or review sessions to support student learning

Requirements:

• Preference given to full-time registered Penn State students who have successfully completed the course for which they will be assisting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
