Guest Advocate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Advocate to join our team at Target. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing personalized service, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.

• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting, thanking, and engaging with guests
• Resolve guest issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Promote products and services to guests, including Target RedCard and Wallet
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy
• Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Support guest services such as Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry
