Job Summary
The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care through comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation in alignment with established protocols and under the guidance of supervisory staff. The nurse plays a critical role in ensuring a safe working environment and upholding professional standards in patient care.
Key Responsibilities

Physical Requirements
This role necessitates physical activities such as walking, standing, lifting, and bending. The nurse must be capable of lifting and supporting patients and equipment weighing up to 35 pounds. Proficiency in English communication is essential, along with intact sensory abilities and manual dexterity. Critical thinking and the ability to respond swiftly to changing patient conditions are vital. Specific physical demands may vary based on departmental needs.
Education, Experience, and Certifications
A degree from an accredited School of Nursing is required; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory as per policy. A current RN license or a temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the relevant state is required. Additional qualifications may be necessary based on departmental requirements.
