The Sister Mary Joseph Cunningham Library at Georgian Court University seeks a skilled On Call Librarian to provide exceptional reference services to students and faculty.

About the Position:

  • Collaborate with a team of librarians to deliver outstanding reference services.
  • Assist students and faculty with finding and evaluating library materials and resources.
  • Oversee library operations in the absence of full-time librarians.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  1. Provide reference service and assistance through face-to-face and online interactions.
  2. Support students and faculty with research needs.
  3. Demonstrate expertise in library resources and information literacy methods.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Library Science or related field from an ALA-accredited institution.
  • Ability to work well independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience with reference services and library resources preferred.

Compensation:$60,000 - $75,000 annually based on qualifications and experience.
