Duties and Responsibilities
As a key member of our Residential Treatment team, your primary duties will include:
- Leading admission evaluations to identify optimal treatment strategies.
- Creating customized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Delivering outstanding daily care to patients, promoting their comfort, safety, and overall well-being.
We offer an exciting opportunity to join our team with a competitive compensation package including a base salary of $150,000 - $200,000 annually, along with benefits and potential bonuses. Flexible scheduling options, such as part-time arrangements with a Monday-Friday schedule, are also available. Weekend calls are not mandatory; however, they may occur on a voluntary basis and are adequately compensated.
