Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Vermont Helpline Coordinator to join our team at Health Resources in Action Inc. This role will focus on coordinating outreach efforts, developing content for presentations and promotional materials, and facilitating co-creation of materials with internal Communications teams and Champions partners.

About the Role

This is an exempt, full-time position with a salary range of 55k-65k based on skills, work experience, and lived experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting outreach to Preferred Providers, developing strategic plans, and promoting Helplink services.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop content for presentations and promotional materials for use with various audiences.
  2. Facilitate co-creation of materials with internal Communications team and Champions partners.
  3. Contribute to content development for VT Helplink social media and websites.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, and a high level of self-motivation.
