In this position, you will be responsible for managing patient check-in and check-out processes, verifying insurance information, scheduling appointments, and performing various administrative tasks.
Work Schedule: Full Time; Monday to Friday
No evenings, weekends, or recognized holidays required

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a variety of clinical and patient care tasks for healthcare providers
- Verify patients' medical insurance coverage
- Collect co-payments prior to patient consultations
- Schedule patient appointments via phone or during the check-out process
- Handle clinical inquiries from patients and direct them to the appropriate provider
- Document all interactions in the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system
- Manage patient communications with healthcare providers
- Oversee medication refill requests from providers

Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of customer service experience required
