Work Schedule: Full Time; Monday to Friday

No evenings, weekends, or recognized holidays required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a variety of clinical and patient care tasks for healthcare providers

  • Handle clinical inquiries from patients and direct them to the appropriate provider
  • Document all interactions in the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system
  • Manage patient communications with healthcare providers
  • Oversee medication refill requests from providers

Qualifications:
