About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our team at Homestead II. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and personal care.
  • Assist with medication administration, as directed by licensed nursing staff.
  • Participate in resident care planning and implementation, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services.
  • Support a safe and healthy environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in good standing, or equivalent.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
