About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary outpatient team at Graham Medical Center. As a Physical Therapist with experience treating hands, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our experienced team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment to patients with various physical impairments affecting their ability to function or cause pain">
  • Establish individualized treatment plans considering discharge needs, expected functional status, and required equipment and supplies">
  • Educate and collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare providers, recommending referrals to specialists as needed">
  • Delegate tasks to assistants, techs, and students through written and verbal communication, determining skill levels or competency required to provide interventions tailored to patient needs">
  • Document all interactions in accordance with departmental policies">

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (PT) and hold a valid Physical Therapist License. A Master's Degree in PT is preferred.

A minimum of no experience is required; however, prior experience as a Physical Therapist, especially in hand therapy, is highly desirable.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience, along with comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and legal services available from day one of employment. Disability insurance is paid by BJC, and we also offer a pension plan and 401(k) plan with matching contributions.

In addition to a generous compensation package, you'll enjoy flexible scheduling between 7 AM and 6:30 PM without weekends or holidays. Our Graham Medical Center Rehab is located at 1150 Graham Road, Suite 104, Florissant, MO 63031.
