Job Summary

The Managing Optometrist is a key leadership position at EssilorLuxottica, responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and driving business results. As a leader and business owner, you will be accountable for executing the brand promise, achieving key performance metrics, and ensuring the highest quality optometric care for all patients.

Main Responsibilities

Creates a compelling vision for the future and develops clear goals and operating plans to drive executional excellence and winning results.
Sets and communicates clear objectives and expectations, demonstrating commitment to exceeding results through strong competency in KPI management and high accountability.
Ensures LensCrafters is known as the leading optical provider within the community, operating as a stakeholder to all within the organization and local market.
Places the patient/customer at the center focus and delivers excellent service, striving to exceed expectations on all KPIs.
Leads/Manages the team in providing unsurpassed Patient Service Excellence, addressing all patient/customer visual lifestyle needs, and building patients/customers for life.

Requirements

Doctor of Optometry degree
Demonstrated leadership/management skills
Knowledge of current Optometric technology and practices
Developed communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Organization and time management skills
Knowledge of sound business management practices
