Echocardiography Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Echocardiography Technologist to join our team at Southwoods Health. As a per-diem employee, you will work on a flexible schedule, with no call or weekends required.

• Perform Cardiac Ultrasound procedures with precision and accuracy
• Assemble necessary supplies and positioning aids for scheduling procedures
• Test and monitor equipment for proper working condition
• Accurately comprehend and interpret orders and direction
• Document records and other forms, adhering to approved policies and procedures
• Communicate patient status to other responsible personnel
• Apply aseptic technique during procedures
• Remain available to respond to physician or patient needs
• Follow manufacturer specifications and OSHA guidelines
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and work area

• Ultrasound Technologist Registered as a Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer
